Sixth Grade Athletic Eligibility

Beginning with the 2016-2017 school year, all sixth grade students will be able to try out for all middle school athletics except football. Rising sixth graders will have to meet all requirements and policies of our 7th and 8th grade student athletes. Any student trying out for a sport must have a
physical form completed and signed by a physician and a completed concussion form. These forms are located in the front office as well as on the district's webpage at www.johnston.k12.nc.us/athletics. Please contact our school office at 919-934-4696 if you have further questions.
